Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruit Operator, non-management & Management candidates as per approved cadre budget.
∎ Design and update job descriptions regularly.
∎ Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and job portal)
∎ Screen incoming resumes, NID, Birth Certificate and application forms.
∎ Arrange Interview Session on time.
∎ Confirm provide appointment letter & confirmation letter management, non-management & associate with IE assessment form & HR evolution sheet.
∎ Make budget for require manpower as per line buildup plan.
∎ Fill-up manpower based on monthly migration report.
∎ Fill-up & ensure full manpower as per approved cadre budget.
∎ Make sure operator skill matrix with IE team on time.
∎ Monitor worker transport schedule
∎ Maintain harmonious relation with worker, management & non-management staffs.
∎ Make & review Organogram for all department time to time.
∎ Make sure all employee files are maintaining properly as per compliance requirement.
∎ Make report on KPI of collecting data from all department and present to management.
∎ Make monthly recruitment marketing plan & take necessary preparation.
∎ Ensure 100% id card for all employess on time.
∎ Update all personal file time to time.
∎ Check candidates all recruitment related document & make sure no fake paper keep in employee personal file.
∎ Check candidates NID, birth certificate, academic certificate & experience related document properly.
∎ Check candidates background verification.
∎ Update employee service book on time.
∎ Custodian of employees personal file archive room.
∎ Strictly follow the recruitment process as per approved recruitment flow chart.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
