Overall, the role of a Planning (Sr. Executive/Executive) in the garments factory is pivotal in managing the Quality process, ensuring standards, optimizing resources, and driving operational excellence to meet customer demands and business objectives

We are seeking a compatible Planning (Sr. Executive/Executive) who will work as a Leader of Strategic Business Unit (SBU) for our Garment factory at Ratanpur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria.

• Able to planning of a production unit as a planning head/ Planning Head Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
• Capable of planning lead from order to shipment.
• Make TNA from order receive to shipment through ERP
• Must be reconciliation every order in ERP
• 100% ensure & Achieve Capacity minute through proper Planning
• Follow up operation as per TNA with merchandising team and fabric manufacturing team
• Capable to handle buying house’s Supply Chain/ planning team.
• Must have proper knowledge on JIT, Pull System, Kanban and other’s lean manufacturing tools (Planning related)
• Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising & Production department
• for order planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
• Use different problem-solving technique to solve supply chain and production related problem.
