Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in fashion design, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within a knit composite garment factory
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the design team, ensuring timely and creative development of knitwear collections.
Develop seasonal themes, color palettes, and mood boards based on market trends and buyer expectations.
Oversee the full design-to-sample process, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with merchandising, R&D, and production teams for smooth product development.
Present design concepts to buyers and interpret feedback into actionable design updates.
Research global trends, fabrics, and sustainable innovations for new product ideas.
Ensure compliance with buyer standards, quality, and brand identity.
Report design performance, innovation updates, and development progress to management.
