• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related discipline from a reputed institution.

• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in fashion design, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within a knit composite garment factory

• Lead and manage the design team, ensuring timely and creative development of knitwear collections.

• Develop seasonal themes, color palettes, and mood boards based on market trends and buyer expectations.

• Oversee the full design-to-sample process, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with merchandising, R&D, and production teams for smooth product development.

• Present design concepts to buyers and interpret feedback into actionable design updates.

• Research global trends, fabrics, and sustainable innovations for new product ideas.

• Ensure compliance with buyer standards, quality, and brand identity.

• Report design performance, innovation updates, and development progress to management.
