∎ Regular responsibilities of an IE Executive
∎ Daily Operation breakdown
∎ Machine layout and bulletin
∎ Man-Machine report
∎ Bottleneck monitoring and production lines
∎ Training production staff in efficiency
∎ Production monitoring as per set target
∎ Daily line wise target setup
∎ Wastage control
∎ Prepare regular loss time
∎ prepare regular SMV calculation
∎ Calculate WIP of lines
∎ Method study + Method Development
∎ Motion Study
∎ Monitoring and optimize machine productivity
∎ Research and development for improving all factory department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
