∎ Meghna Knit composite/ GMS Composite mills Ltd./ Ahsan Knit Composite Ltd composite factory work experience will get prefer.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Give instruction about production and quality.
∎ Prepare Dyeing plan and shade matching correct as buyer standard.
∎ Manpower management and Motivation.
∎ Machine management and make employee aware about personal safety.
∎ Prepare Dyeing process and shade matching experience in Data color
∎ Problem find out and solving.
∎ Achieving production target by on time production.
∎ Give parameter for fabric finish.
∎ Responsible for skill development of employee.
∎ Shift wise manpower monitoring and controlling.
∎ Assist Senior to Recipe making & Shade matching.
∎ Fellow up dyeing process.
∎ Time saving by effective and on time production.
∎ Follow up supervisor, operator and helper and give update report to immediate senior
∎ Prepare report on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost as assigned.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
