∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for managing the accounts activities of the organization.
∎ Check and verify all kind of Purchases, Sales (Local, Import & Export).
∎ Checking all PI (Accessories, Yarn) & proceed approval for LC.
∎ Check and prepare daily expenditures, Vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
∎ Check and prepare order sheet, purchase bill, petty cash, stock inventory entry to tally.
∎ Follow-up & Check all stock report including-Yarn, Spare parts, accessories, finished goods.
∎ Prepare and maintain order wise and buyer wise Costing Sheet.
∎ Maintain all accounts book/registers/Ledger etc.
∎ Reconcile the bank accounts.
∎ Responsible for costing the import LC.
∎ Maintain fixed asset register.
∎ Sound Knowledge on payroll management.
∎ Collecting & Checking bill from suppliers and vendors.
∎ Prepare yearly, quarterly financial statement (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
∎ Responsible for maintaining company's VAT & TAX related issues.
∎ Review the works of commercial department such as Payment realization, Payment of BTB
∎ L/C, B/L collection, L/C maturity etc. Deal with master & BTB LC related accounts adjustment
∎ voucher & posting into software.
∎ Prepare and provide periodic financial reports to the Management.
∎ Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while
∎ recommending further courses of action.
∎ Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance
∎ compared to the business plans.
∎ Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
∎ Liaison with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
∎ Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future
∎ paths to be taken.
∎ Also need to follow the management all instruction and management instructions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
