Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set up and maintain visually appealing tent displays in stores or at outdoor events.
∎ Ensure tents are properly assembled, labeled, and priced.
∎ Rotate stock and update displays based on promotions or seasonal trends.
∎ Maintain the communication with buyer.
∎ Interacting with buyers to ensure a positive experience, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of available tents and equipment.
∎ Managing the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom or warehouse.
∎ Possessing a strong knowledge of tents and event equipment to answer buyer questions and make recommendations.
∎ Distribute flyers, brochures, or samples to attract customers.
∎ Able to co-ordinate & monitor product development process.
∎ Capable to follow-up every level from capacity forecast to garments delivery.
∎ Able to maintain close communication with Chinese buyer.
∎ Ensure order process & manage import & export related reports and status.
∎ Capable of guiding & leading the team members.

Manager - Merchandising (For Tent)" position. This position is specifically for Tent manufacturing. The incumbent must have the initiative, experience, and drive to deliver high-quality results.
