• Age 27 to 35 years

• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients in furtherance of the lead architect’s instruction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar software.

• Design & Documentation: Create and refine architectural drawings, blueprints, renderings, and models using software like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp.

• Project Support: Assist senior architects with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.

• Code Compliance: Research and ensure designs meet local building codes, regulations, and standards.

• Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants.

• Site Visits: Conduct site visits for analysis, data gathering, and quality checks.

• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and help gather project requirements.

• Research: Investigate materials, construction methods, and environmental impacts.

• Technical: Understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction documentation.

• Any other task assigned by the supervisor related to role.
