Additional Requirements:
Capable of dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients in furtherance of the lead architect’s instruction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar software.
Responsibilities & Context:
Work as an Architect of Interior Design team.
Conceptualization: Develop initial design concepts based on client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Space Planning: Create efficient and functional layouts that optimize space utilization.
Presentation: Prepare and deliver professional design presentations, including drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
3D Modeling: Use design software to visualize and present design ideas to clients.
Material Selection: Choose suitable materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design vision and budget.
Lighting Design: Plan and implement effective lighting solutions to enhance the ambiance and functionality of spaces.
Budgeting: Develop and manage project budget to ensure cost effectiveness.
Scheduling: Create and follow to project timeliness to meet deadlines.
Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution,
Site Visit: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, budget and interior-related working drawings.
Execution: Manage the overall progress of interior projects, ensuring quality, timeline and budget compliance.
CAD Software: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Building Codes: Knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor related to role.
