Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate, corporate offices, hospitality, retail, and residential sectors.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
∎ Network with property developers, real estate firms, contractors, and homeowners.
∎ Understand client requirements and propose suitable design solutions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
∎ Arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits for clients.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services via social media, events, and campaigns.
∎ Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads.
∎ Work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and feedback.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and pricing.
∎ Develop proposals, presentations, and brochures to showcase company expertise.
∎ Maintain an updated portfolio of completed projects for client reference.·
∎ Any Other task assigned by the supervisor related to role.
