Additional Requirements:
  • Candidates with specialized certification in logistics/supply chain management will be given preference.

  • Basic knowledge in Automotive workshop, spare parts, and servicing.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting all Group logistics and transport-related information through SAP, Vehicle Tracking System (VTS), fuel sensors, and actual field data collection, ensuring accurate and timely reporting as per supervisor’s directions.

  • Maintain strong liaison with the Transport Department, third-party transport agencies, and logistics operations teams across different units to coordinate commercial vehicle status and allocation, company-owned and third-party vehicle assignments, new vehicle purchases and third-party engagements, as well as agreement changes and other transport-related requirements.

  • Monitor and coordinate with company central transport, third-party agencies, and factory management to implement and adapt policies that ensure timely distribution of finished products to customers, in line with scheduled delivery programs.

  • Coordinate with the central Meghna Transport Company workshop to follow up on vehicle maintenance, pending workshop activities, and timely delivery of serviced vehicles.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal transport teams, third-party agencies, and officers at loading/unloading points to identify bottlenecks in vehicle movement, route planning, and logistics processes, and recommend solutions under supervisor’s guidance.

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in day-to-day tasks that will have been assigned by the reporting manager/supervisor based on job scope.
