Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ At least 03 to 05 years & good knowledge & skills in MS Office package & E.R.P software
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate with Production & Purchase for material arrangement.
∎ To coordinate with concern department and quality team for timely inspection of received goods.
∎ To ensure material availability with the coordination of the Production department.
∎ To coordinate with supplier for material delivery on time.
∎ Timely and accurate recording of Inventory.
∎ To maintain smooth supply chain management for all kinds of Garments accessories, Trims and fabrics.
∎ To monitor and in-house/follow up garments item as per PLM/shipment/line loading plan
∎ Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within the particular time period.
∎ Maintain proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock Items.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according to FIFO & LIFO.
∎ Follow up BIN Card in CS.
∎ Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance).
∎ Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility (as per compliance).
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Monitor safety & Compliance issues of entire store area.
∎ Any other work to be assigned by the management as and when required.
∎ These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review. Any significant changes to the rule will be subject to consultation.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
