Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and maintain certification processes for BCI, GOTS, RCS, OCS, OEKO-TEX 100 and similar sustainability standards.

  • Handle complete TC processing – from gathering data to submitting requests to certification bodies.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure certification processes are correctly implemented and followed.

  • Support both internal and third-party audits, including CAP (Corrective Action Plan) follow-up.

  • Maintain and organize certification documentation, samples, and buyer-specific submissions.

  • Track the certification status of suppliers/vendors and ensure incoming raw materials are compliant.

  • Ensure traceability systems are in place and properly managed to reflect eco-friendly and certified processes.

  • Stay informed on updated international certification norms and buyer expectations.

  • Conduct traceability exercises to verify material flow and compliance.

  • Perform mass balance calculations (Input to Output) and annual volume reconciliation.

  • Manage Oeko-Tex 100 test parameters for raw materials and chemicals.

  • Possess sound knowledge of Oeko-Tex 100 Annex 6 compliance requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with Oeko-Tex 100 Product Class 1 standards, especially for baby articles.

  • Stay informed on updated international certification norms and buyer expectations.
