Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Textile

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• Professional qualification partly qualified (CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent) preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh tax, VAT, trade finance (LC/LTR), and banking operations.

• Proven expertise in financial analysis, fraud investigation, and compliance auditing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tally, QuickBooks, and financial modeling tools.

• Experience in land/property-related financial and legal matters will be an added advantage.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Must have excellent English communication skills, especially in report writing.

• Prepare accurate cash flow projections regularly and do variance analysis with financial statements data.

• Analyze the financial health of the company periodically and recommend the required corrective measures.

• Ensure effective and smooth relationships with banks, timely inflow of finance and renewal of facilities with multiple banks.

• Prepare, review, and present accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IAS/IFRS and Bangladesh regulations as assigned.

• Lead costing, budgeting and financial planning processes and help the organization

• Monitor internal financial controls, ensure compliance with Bangladesh tax, VAT, and statutory requirements.

• Conduct feasibility studies of new projects, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analysis to support management decisions and prepare investment proposals for potential investors.

• Identify financial risks, investigate fraud, and recommend control measures to strengthen compliance.

• Liaise and maintain professional relationships with new banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies as and when required

• oversee and follow up on financial and legal documentation related to land purchase, mortgage, leasing, and registration.
