Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect and analyze production data to assess efficiency and identify improvements.
∎ Monitor cycle time, process flow, and manpower utilization across production stages.
∎ Assist in process optimization, bottleneck identification, and SOP development.
∎ Conduct time and motion studies to improve workflow and eliminate inefficiencies.
∎ Support line balancing, resource planning, and production forecasting.
∎ Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S techniques to enhance productivity.
∎ Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure standards and reduce defects.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in budget planning.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Monitor KPIs, provide management reports, and support continuous improvement.
