Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising Manager to lead our key international buyer accounts — H&M, Auchan, and Carrefour.
The incumbent will serve as the primary business liaison between buyers, production units, and internal departments, ensuring seamless order execution, timely delivery, and profitable growth.
· Build and maintain strong professional relationships through regular communication, buyer visits, and business reviews.
· Identify opportunities for business expansion, including new product categories and increased order volumes.
· Coordinate and host buyer visits — prepare presentations, production tours, and logistics support.
· Lead price negotiations and prepare detailed CMT/FOB costing ensuring sustainable margins
· Review order sheets, confirm technical details, and manage order booking in alignment with production capacity.
· Supervise order follow-up from sampling to shipment with zero delays or quality non-compliance.
· Develop and maintain a Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all active orders.
· Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to solve bottlenecks proactively.
· Ensure timely and accurate updates on buyer portals (H&M, Auchan, Carrefour).
· Supervise the preparation of all relevant export and shipping documents
· Coordinate with compliance and QA teams to maintain buyer audit readiness at all times.
· Prepare monthly and quarterly business review reports (Order Volume, Delivery, KPI performance).
· Lead, guide, and develop the merchandising team, promoting accountability and performance culture.
· Support management in business planning, capacity decisions, and buyer diversification strategy.
