Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, and establish relationships with local suppliers and vendors.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and develop procurement plans.
∎ Negotiation of price & other terms with suppliers and obtaining financial approval of the offer from the concerned authority.
∎ Collection and verification of the offers and preparation of a comparative statement of the financial & technical offers.
∎ Issuance of purchase orders and follow-up on the supply of materials.
∎ Negotiate and confirm prices with suppliers, and items wise against the given budget.
∎ Follow-up and tracking of the items from the purchasing to the delivery end.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ High proficiency in computer specially in MS Word & Excel
∎ Have mentality to work under stress
∎ Strong command over written & speaking English
