Relevant experience in the field of purchasing local items related to textile, garments etc.
Should have good communication skill.
Must have knowledge on MS word & Excel and other computer literacy.
Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Purchase order/work order preparation.
Materials requisition (schedule) preparation.
Purchase bill prepare and checking for payment.
Negotiation of price & other terms with suppliers and obtaining financial approval of the offer from the concerned authority.
Collection and verification of the offers and preparation of a comparative statement of the financial & technical offers.
Issuance of purchase orders and follow-up on the supply of materials.
Negotiate and confirm prices with suppliers, and items wise against the given budget.
Follow-up and tracking of the items from the purchasing to the delivery end.
Any other task is given by the management.
