∎ BSc or MSc in Fashion Designing (can be mitigated through proven track record of full-time work experience in the product sector)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify high performing and new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seek fashionable, wearable & trendy design inspiration through target market research.
∎ Plan & develop theme-based product ranges maintaining consistency with business objectives.
∎ Manage the design process from conception through to final styling.
∎ Produce patterns and technical specifications for designs.
∎ Supervise sample item development.
∎ Identify product seasonality, and design as per customized changes in demand.
∎ Develop Tech Pack of product designs for the production team.
∎ Ensure the developing of patterns & overseeing the production.
∎ Liaise closely with Sales, Merchandising & Production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure items suit the customer, market & price points.
∎ Support sourcing, selection and purchase of fabrics, trims, fastenings & embellishments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience in designing woven men’s products
∎ Experience in developing tech packs
∎ Past experience of working for fashion brands with proven sample of past work
∎ Understanding of western markets and consumer mindset
