Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Marketing, or Business Administration from a reputed institution.
3–6 years of experience in fabric marketing/sales in a reputed textile or fabric manufacturing company.
Experience in handling international buyers and export market communication will be preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Sound knowledge of fabric manufacturing and textile market trends.
Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.
Proficiency in MS Office applications/whatsapp/Chatgpt etc.

Responsibilities & Context: The Sr. Executive – Fabric Marketing will be responsible for promoting and marketing woven/knit fabrics to both international and local buyers, developing strong customer relationships, ensuring order execution coordination, and supporting business growth through market expansion and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with international and local buyers, buying houses, and sourcing offices.
Promote company fabric products to export-oriented garments manufacturers and overseas customers.
Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and emerging markets for fabric sales expansion.
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to understand buyer requirements, trends, and competitor activities.
Handle buyer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up for order confirmation.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, quality, and commercial departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and customer feedback to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Work closely with R&D and production teams for new fabric developments according to buyer demand and fashion trends.
Prepare marketing reports, sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and business development plans.
Maintain proper documentation related to orders, approvals, costing, and customer communications.
Participate in local and international textile fairs, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote company products and build brand presence.
Analyze global textile market trends, fabric pricing, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and international business standards.
Support management in achieving annual sales targets and business growth objectives.
Maintain strong follow-up and communication with customers regarding sample development, approvals, bulk production, and after-sales support.
Collaborate with commercial and logistics teams for export documentation and shipment coordination.
Develop strategies for increasing local market penetration and strengthening relationships with domestic customers.
