• At least 7–9 years of experience in denim garment development or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of denim technology, fabric properties, and international quality standards.

• Proven ability to lead teams effectively, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsible for leading a team to achieve a higher standard of futuristic and qualitative products for global buyers of denim products; highly qualified and technically creative professionals should be engaged.

• Develop and implement an R&D strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on new material development, sustainable innovation, and fashion trends.

• Research and develop new fabrics by exploring innovative yarns, knitting techniques, and finishes to meet market needs and buyer requirements.

• Lead a team of textile engineers, designers, and technicians to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

• Ensure new products meet quality standards, oversee technical limitations, and provide technical support to other departments like merchandising and production.

• Manage research projects from conception to commercialization, which includes cost analysis, process optimization, and maintaining detailed documentation.

• Stay informed on industry trends and market needs to ensure the company remains competitive.
