Responsibilities & Context:
1. Analyze all printing processes (Screen Printing, Puff, Rubber, Digital Print, HD Print, Pigment etc.)
2. Time studies for each printing operation
3. Calculate and establish SMV (Standard Minute Value)
5. Identify bottleneck operations and inefficiencies
6. Balance workload according to manpower and machine & Table capacity
7. Production Planning & Target Setting
8. Set hourly and daily production target
9. Perform capacity calculation based on manpower machines & Table Both
10. Prepare production target plans according to buyer delivery schedules
11. Efficiency & Productivity Monitoring
12. Monitor operator and line efficiency.
13. Compare actual production vs target
14. Analyze machine downtime, setup loss, and idle time
15. Process Improvement by motion & method study
16. Reduce setup and changeover time (screen change, ink preparation)
18. Analyze re-print, rejection, and defect data
19. Calculate cost per print and cost per minute (CPM)
20. Improve efficiency to reduce overall production cost
21. Prepare daily production and efficiency reports
22. Manpower utilization, and performance records
23. Present performance analysis to management
24. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, planning, Sample, Design, R&D and Others team.
