A. Execute Correct OB & utilize Man, Machine, Material

1. Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.

2. Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations.

3. Determine accurate SAM & efficiency for costing.

4. Thread consumption calculation base on approved sample and thread placement & share with merchant.

5. Set Accurate SAM, Efficiency for OB

6. Set Proper Learning Curve base on Factory Capacity. Ensure peak target and plan quantity / efficiency is achieved within learning curve.

7. Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of man, machine and material.

B. Bulk production and Skill improvement

1. Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.

2. Ensure no any feeding gap during new layout . Working with Zero feeding gap.

3. Ensure Line balancing base on set OB.

4. Check the sewing production report, absenteeism report, sewing balance report, non-productive time report.

5. Ensure no bottle neck during bulk production and generate Time/ Capacity/ Production study when required.

6. Check the cutting production; sewing production; Finishing production; absenteeism; print and embroidery; cutting balance, non-productive report; and compile reports on progress of work and production problems.

7. Lay out the production schedule so that production quotas are met. Prepare skill inventory for the operator.

8. Ensure no bottle neck during bulk production and generate Time/ Capacity/ Production study when required.

9. Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations.

10. Ensure peak target and plan quantity / efficiency is achieved.

C. Training & Skill Development

1. Assist or train if operators need any job training.

2. Ensure all skill been updated in skill matrix as well as upskilling & upgrading report keeping.

3. Execute and evaluate workers performance, motivate workers, Incentive planning, disciplinary matters, and training needs.

D. Ensure new Methods improvement & reduce work content

1. Ensure new methods development & make sure no any extra process demand.

2. Ensure all process standardization.

D. Real time data & Reporting

1. Ensure on Management reports are generate within schedule time.

2. Ensure on-time report making like Efficiency report, Fabric utilization report, cutting table utilization report, finishing & cutting plan Efficiency report & Machine downtime report.

E. Additional Responsibilities

1. Assist IE Manager to Maintain Factory Operational expense as per Budget.

2. Ensure Operator Interview & Maintain 5s.

3. Perform any other duties assign by department head.
