Job Context:
∎ 100% export-oriented garment industry.
∎ Must have to stay near Work Place (Sreepur, Gazipur).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops, UPS, Printers, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Multimedia Projectors, MacBooks, iPhones, and other IT-related devices.
∎ Responsible for smoothly operating computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
∎ Provide technical support (Computer Hardware, Printer, Network, and Software) to the end users of different departments.
∎ Responsible for Maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and configuring LAN, WAN, and WiFi Router/Access Points.
∎ Manage, monitor, and ensure smooth operation and performance of Network Infrastructure. Perform regular maintenance, fine-tuning, and efficient troubleshooting of network problems.
∎ Responsible for regular updates of the Operating Systems, Application Software, Security Patches, etc.
∎ Have to be capable to Configure, Fine Tuning and Troubleshooting managed network Switches using CISCO layer2 & layer3 Switches (Switching & Routing).
∎ Capable to work as a team player & quick learner.
∎ Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of CAD Software will be given preference (Garber, Lectra, Winda, etc.).
∎ Expertise in Label Printer troubleshooting will be given preference (Zebra, Avery Denison, TSC, etc.).
∎ Perform any other tasks given by management.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years

∎ IT Infrastructure and Network Implementation.
∎ IT Inventory Management.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ T/A, Mobile bill.
