Job Context:
∎ To keep in pace with our rapidly expanding business needs, we are looking for a suitable person who will ensure sourcing, evaluation and selection of talents via a variety of modern talent acquisition techniques in proper alignment with the strategic goals of the organization.
∎ Work Station: Corporate Headquarters, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sustainable talent acquisition & employer branding strategies and methods
∎ Conduct job analysis based on organizational and market intelligencee
∎ Ensure sourcing of talents through a variety of channels (e.g. Job portals, Social platforms and Professional networks)
∎ Ensure scheduling of physical/virtual assessments and associated coordination
∎ Utilize modern psychometric evaluation techniques and tools to assess talents
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and procedures
∎ Maintain a talent pool for future organizational requirements
∎ Maintain proper documentation of the entire talent acquisition process and conduct continuous analysis for the presentation of various HR metrics
∎ Monitor market trends of talent acquisition practices/methods along with compensation standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
∎ Basic capability to utilize modern HR tools, techniques and processes.
∎ Advanced communication skills both in Bangla & English
∎ Analytical skills
∎ Well versed in MS office packages (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
