Responsibilities & Context: - Execute the full-cycle recruitment Process: conduct employee’s recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, prepare job specification, Advertisement, CV screening, arrange interview schedule and conduct interview, negotiation and finalizing offer & onboarding.
- Prepare job description & job analysis of employees for different position of the company.
- Assist in manpower budget & planning.
- Prepare department wise Manpower Budget and Organogram.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure timely evaluations.
- Provide support to managers in addressing performance-related concerns.
- Prepare and draft HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Process and prepare all types of final settlement.
- Prepare & draft office note, office order, memo etc. as required.
- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
- Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
