Responsibilities & Context:
  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment Process: conduct employee’s recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, prepare job specification, Advertisement, CV screening, arrange interview schedule and conduct interview, negotiation and finalizing offer & onboarding.
  • Prepare job description & job analysis of employees for different position of the company.
  • Assist in manpower budget & planning.
  • Prepare department wise Manpower Budget and Organogram.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure timely evaluations.
  • Provide support to managers in addressing performance-related concerns.
  • Prepare and draft HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Process and prepare all types of final settlement.
  • Prepare & draft office note, office order, memo etc. as required. 
  • Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
  • Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
  • Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
