Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from in any discipline from any reputed public or private university, but MBA/Master is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared job advertisement, arranging Interview. recruitment ,selection, induction etc
∎ Prepare final settlement bill, maternity bill, Dismiss, resign, death etc.
∎ Leave management all employees & updated all kind of policy & procedure
∎ Investigate migration absenteeism and late attendance of workers.
∎ Prepare show cause notice investigation in case of misconduct & prepare investigation report accordingly.
∎ Issue various kind of office letter (appointment, promotion, increment, warning Letter) etc.
∎ Monitor the various issues like maintain personal file, service confirmation, transfer, performance appraisal & other HR related documents.
∎ Maintain all disciplinary procedures.
∎ Maintain payroll systems for the processing of payroll account transactions (such as salaries, wages, benefits, allowances, deductions, and taxes).
∎ Review and approve changes in benefits, deductions, settlements of separation to update payroll records.
∎ Ensure daily attendance reports which needs to forward factory management.
∎ Prepare Monthly Workers' Wages Sheet, Over Time Sheet, Bonus Sheet, and Staff Salary Advice.
∎ Make sure proper housekeeping & canteen facilities, buyer/guest entertainment, transportation, security system etc.
∎ Should be capable to handle floor large worker force and their heath & safety.
∎ Monitor day to day admin activities including shipment schedule& gate pass/challan.
∎ Keep liaison with law enforcement agencies under supervision of Admin Head.
∎ Keeping the factory ready for buyers & audit as per their COC, Labor law 2006& Labor Rules-2015.
∎ Prepare all kind of internal floor check list resolve all non-compliance issues including.
∎ Follow-up sharp tools related register in a daily basis.
∎ Should have sound knowledge to face BSCI ,WRAP, Sedex, Accord/RSC audits.
∎ To prepare a Corrective action plan (CAP)against audit reports.
∎ Any others duties as assigned or required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Housekeeping, Public Relation, Safety and Security Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Knit Composite Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Knit Composite Industry.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills, action oriented approach to work and quick decision making ability.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
