∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering/ Civil & Architect Engineering.

Job Context:
∎ Workplace Work at Factory
∎ We are looking for talented, experienced, dynamic and potential candidates as "RSC/Accord-Auditor(Civil, Electrical, Fire & Mechanical)".
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for modification/renovation of all types of work like Factory As built drawing at structural, Electrical & Fire safety, LPS, Substation Load Management, Industrial load calculation and distribution for new load connection, BBT Renovation/new installation etc.
∎ To prepare maintenance planning, implementation and keep up record.
∎ Implementation of electrical & fire safety related works required by buyers, audit firms and sustainably department that influenced the positive feedback from audit (ACCORD/RSC/Buyer Audit).
∎ Works on design, drawing, and legal approval process required in construction work for factories and other establishments.
∎ Prepares design as per standard BNBC/ 2020 RSC/Nirapon/DAP 2016-2036 is must.
∎ Prepares budget and and ensures project costing is as estimated.
∎ Manages Factory related all civil works are according to drawing & specification
∎ Prepares Factory plan and ensures timely accomplishment.
∎ Ensures quality of work.
∎ Carefully observes the CAPs given by various authorities regarding safety-related requirements for rectification/ improvements /remedy and repair of establishments.
∎ Fire safety assessment of internal factories according to the RSC, Accord, and Alliance
∎ To prepare all the factories for Fire and Building safety audit as per RMG Sustainability Council (RSC), Accord, Elevate, BV, H&M, C&A, Fire Service and Civil Defense and all Buyer.
∎ Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating Activities and resolving problems.
∎ To prepare CAP regarding fire and building safety by monthly basis internal audit.
∎ To prepare a fire risk assessment reports and take necessary action to solve it.
∎ Prepare documentation as per Accord & Alliance requirements. and attend in the meeting with Accord, Alliance, RSC, Consultant, and Vendors regarding work progress.
∎ Perform regular inspection of all materials and works for all plumbing activities.
∎ Collaborate with all consultants and contractors for all plumbing-associated work.
∎ Coordinate with various teams to design all architectural and electrical requirements for all plumbing projects.
∎ To design and develop electrical system focusing on budget, quality and safety.
∎ Check and maintain all documents to ensure technical requirements as required by law.
∎ To check ER test, IR test and Thermo graphic test and keep the record.
∎ Factory supervision, control and optimize the consumption of material, and monitor the progress and quality of work by third party.
∎ Operation, Installation, maintenance and monitor all kinds of utility equipment.
∎ Supervise and monitor Substation, DB, SDB, Generator, Air Compressor, RO Plant, Water Pumps, AC etc and keep record all kind of maintenance related checklist.
∎ Maintain checklist of fire alarm control panel, fire extinguisher, emergency exit light.
∎ To keep daily electricity consumption data and regular communication with BREB.
∎ Keep the maintenance and utility inventory records.
∎ Supplier sourcing, price negotiation with vendor, create & develop relationship with new vendors for the purchasing of all maintenance related items.
∎ Prepare purchase requisition (electrical & mechanical item of Textile machine spare parts), collect quotation from vendor, after management approval order to selected vendor.
∎ Conduct Electrical Safety Training, Fire Fighting Prevention & Rescue training for the employees of the factory.
∎ Responsible to control and monitor maintenance department staff properly.
∎ Able to prepare monthly duty roster and submit weekly duty roster to HR department.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Civil, Electrical, Fire & Maintenance,
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments, Textile
∎ Should have experience to work with ACCORD/RSC, ALLIANCE OR NIRAPON.
∎ Experience on Structural, Electrical & Fire Safety Audit will be highly preferable.
∎ Should have keen sense of Punctuality along with ethical & Professional responsibility.
∎ Proficiency in work under pressure.
