Flexible Packaging, PP Woven Factory, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Received the production plan from department head and take necessary steps to implement the production plan.
∎ Provide proper advice to the department head or supervisor regardinAshug the manpower setup to implement the production plan.
∎ To ensure smooth supply of raw materials have to communicate with warehouse manager to get on time support.
∎ Received raw material from warehouse and cross check with the requisition before go production.Carry out quality inspections on jobs
∎ Received the order schedule from the department head and prepare job card for the specific order.Work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines
∎ To get 100% quality product has to make concentration on online checking.
∎ Coordinate with quality guys regarding various quality issues.
∎ For less wastage ensure that the raw materials are using are meet the requirement.
∎ Work In Progress Consumption reports, working process report, Extra Trimming and Sample Development Report have to prepare and send it to the respective personnel.
∎ Supervises to the machine Operators and Helpers to maintain cleanliness in the floor.
∎ Give support to the management for ensuring the proper use of PPE.
∎ Ensure that all wastage is kept in the specific area.
