Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
∎ Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
∎ Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
∎ Maintain a record of different types of measurement tools such as micrometres, callipers, profile projectors and CMM and others.
∎ Have to minimize product rework or rejection and maintain zero rejection where possible by perfect use of the quality instruments.
∎ Provide necessary information to the production people for produce 100% quality product
∎ Keep monitoring in-process products in the production area.
∎ Communicate with customers on the rejections and corrective actions.
∎ Counselling production people about the standard, work procedure for produce 100% quality.
∎ Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs ) for each area.
∎ Any other task assigned by the superior.

∎ Experience in flexible packaging industry will get preference.
∎ The candidate must be target-oriented and meet the requirement to ensure the prescribed Quality of products.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
