∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land and Legal, Land Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining of all legal file, Land documents and provide report as and when required.
∎ Must have knowledge about all type of land Documents, Land office procedure for collecting relevant land documents, All type of Registration Procedure .
∎ Drafts and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance.
∎ Take necessary steps & liaison with concerned government departments such as DC Office, Rajuk, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works, other's city corporation & Pourosova and Department of Registration etc. for legal transfer.
∎ Take initiative to get the sale permission & finally get the registration done properly.
∎ Any Job as & when it is required from the top Management.
∎ Will be responsible to visit all land areas, select land, complete registration and take possession of land for all concerns of Group.
∎ Will be responsible for meeting with various Landowners and for procurement of land as assigned by the Management.
∎ Will be responsible to collect related papers and documents from Landowners / Media man.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be conversant on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Bangla & English typing.
∎ 3 Yrs in relevant field in land areas of any reputed company/ group of companies
