Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for all departments to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
∎ Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee daily operations related to ERP usage and provide regular reports to superiors.
∎ System Report Utilization: Ensure that departments utilize system-generated reports effectively for decision-making.
∎ Error Analysis & Resolution: Identify and analyze newly appearing errors, discuss them with superiors, and implement solutions.
∎ Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings as needed for ERP-related discussions and improvements.
∎ IT Support Assistance: Assist in basic IT-related tasks, including printer troubleshooting and network support.
