Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, chat, and social media.
∎ Providing accurate and relevant information about products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
∎ Addressing customer complaints, concerns, and escalations with empathy, patience, and a focus on resolution.
∎ Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, cancellations, and returns.
∎ Coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered in time.
∎ Resolving any issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or product availability.
∎ Guiding customers through troubleshooting processes for technical issues related to our website, or other platforms.
∎ Focus on Video marketing and new customer calling.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional logistics, sales, and marketing teams to provide seamless customer experiences.
∎ Sharing customer feedback and insights with relevant departments to drive improvements in products and services.
∎ Striving to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
∎ Managing the company's social media accounts, social media platforms Facebook (pages & groups), Google, YouTube & e-commerce site to manage digital marketing campaigns, develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (social media, website, etc.) to reach the company's target customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Honest & Punctual.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result-oriented.
∎ Must have multiple-tasking abilities.
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge of MS Office.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
