Job Context:

KLIMB BD is our newly established footwear retail brand with a global vision. We are looking for a Sales Associate for our Footwear Retail Showroom.

Job Responsibility:

• Meet and Greet customers and understand the specific requirements and guide them accordingly.

• Assist the customer to find out the most relevant products based on their requirement.

• Offer personalized recommendations based on the customer`s preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements.

• Showcase product features, benefits, and unique selling points to highlight the value proposition.

• Achieve both personal and overall outlet sales target to ensure the revenue goals.

• Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.

• Keep up-to-date with product inventory, pricing, and promotions to accurately inform customers and drive sales.

• Solicit feedback from customers to understand their experience and areas for improvement.

• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and fostering a positive shopping environment.
