Responsibilities & Context: Answering incoming calls from customers.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same.
Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems.
Making outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about available packages and promotions.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
Assisting the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant customer information.
Updating customer records and maintaining an accurate database of all interactions.
