• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Must be dynamic & energetic.
• Planning skills.
• The candidate should have experience in related field & position.
• Fluency in software program related to construction management including project management software (Auto CAD, Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Excel).  
• Good written and communication skills in English.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction project, talking into account material, labor, equipment and overhead cost.
• Develop, review and manage the BOQ for the project, ensuing accuracy in quality calculation and adherence to the project specification.
• Assure the financial impact of any design on scope changes and adjusting the budget accordingly.
• Prepare contract document including bill of quantity (BOQ).
• Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
• Checking & certification of bills & invoice form vendors & contractors.
• Prepare cost breakdown & rate analysis.
