  •  To Ensure sales growth & revenue generation.
  •  Build and manage overall sales plan, activity plan, and resources needed to accomplish the Sales Target.
  •  To lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  •  Responsible to motivate and train the team by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.
  •  To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as per ABP.
  •  To plan and monitor Sales & Marketing team's regular activities.
  •  Performance Monitoring: Set clear goals and KPIs for the sales team. Track team performance and take corrective actions when necessary to achieve targets.
  •  Recruitment & Training: Hire, onboard, and train new sales staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
  •  Mentorship & Development: Mentor junior sales team members, providing ongoing coaching and professional development to help them grow within the organization.
  •  Establishing and adjust selling price by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand
  •  To build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  •  To address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  •  To identify niche customer & business opportunity and ensure database accordingly.
  •  Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
  •  Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
  •  Must be aware in real estate law, policy of housing & DAP.
  •  Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals, driving both short-term and long-term revenue growth.
  •  Budget Management: Ensure sales efforts are aligned with the company's financial goals, managing sales budgets effectively to drive profitability.

Growth & Expansion:

  •  Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets, geographic regions, or property types to expand the company's reach and increase revenue streams.
  •  Brand Positioning: Strengthen our company position in the premium real estate market by leveraging the company's reputation, marketing efforts, and customer success stories.
  •  Ensure branding and promotional activities of the products through Digital Marketing team.
  •  Collaborate with cross functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  •  Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets for residential, commercial, and Share properties.
  •  Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  •  Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales and marketing.
  •  Represent the company at real estate events,Fair, exhibitions, and conferences.
  •  Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.
  •  collaborations of architect and Engineering team with Drawings and Deign ,Project management work.
  •  Proper Execute Land acquisition and Shape of Land ,Buildings ,Area Fulfil Customer Demand
  •  Market Insights: Keep management informed about market conditions/analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

  •  Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, analyzing key metrics and sales trends to inform business decisions.
  •  Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the sales team.
  •  Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex negotiations and support the sales team in closing high-value deals, ensuring the best possible terms for both the company and clients.
  • Have to submit various reports to Management.
