Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation & Maintenance of Boiler (Duel Fuel & Jhut), Compressor, 11KV Sub Station & Utility machineries.
∎ Operation & Maintenance of 150M3 /Hr MBR System ETP.
∎ To plan, coordinate & implement all MEP works as per the approved drawing and schedule.
∎ To Design and Assembling all kinds of Switchgear such as PFI, ATS, HT Panel (VCB & LBS), LT Panel, MDB, and three-phase motor control panel (Star-Delta, Reverse-Forward, High Speed-Low Speed) as per NFPA 70E.
∎ To draw single line diagram (SLD), Electrical layout diagram (ELD) (Substation & factory) & Lightning protection system (LPS) and communicate with respective authority for approval.
∎ Monitoring & supervising all the preventive maintenance issues such as front-loaded & Belly
∎ Washing machines (YILMAK & NGAI SING), Hydro extractor & Dryer (YILMAK & NGAI SING), Oven Curing (MACTEC, CATENA & NGAI SING), Conveyor & Box Type, Ozone (VAV-500gm, Ozzy 3760, cyclone-X2000 ozone generator, VAV-1300gm, Ozzy 3760, cyclone-X5000 ozone generator, YILMAK 90gm, ), PP Spray, Laser m/c (VAV Predator FX 600 X 2 (Twin) 4X, VAV Predator FX 600, 4X.
∎ Responsible for different project execution in factories.
∎ Responsible for facing different types of audits and understand buyer requirements.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior and management.
