  • AI Literacy: Familiarity with AI tools and prompts to enhance productivity and automate routine workflows is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Ananta Companies is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Executive / Executive – Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial control, inventory reconciliation, export-related trade finance, and regular reporting. Strong proficiency in advanced ERP systems and modern digital/AI tools is highly valued for this role.

Job Responsibilities

Inventory & Financial Control: Manage inventory, sales, proceed realization, and ensure accurate adjustment voucher recording.

Export Reconciliation: Oversee and execute comprehensive export reconciliation processes and trade finance operations.

Voucher Auditing: Conduct thorough checking of bills and vouchers to maintain accuracy in accounting records.

Expenditure Reconciliation: Regular reconciliation of revenue and capital expenditures against budgets and approvals.

Cash & Bank Monitoring: Monitor daily cash-in-hand and bank balances to maintain optimum liquidity.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and report timely accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) aging summaries for management review.

Assist the finance team with month-end closing activities and any other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.
