Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Diploma in Computer in Computer Technology
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MCSA,,RHCSA,MCSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for personnel with sound knowledge of HP, DELL servers, Sushi Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory and also working network infrastructure and including support tasks. Support system uptime and maintenance for services and devices.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Windows and Sushi Linux server deployment
∎ Administration and support of servers and databases
∎ Daily review of all batch jobs. The problem logs to be raised for batch job failures
∎ Daily review of security, system and application event logs of servers
∎ Perform annual OS/Web Server/SQL/HANA hardening
∎ Perform system administration, change requests (program migration, configuration changes, etc.) on servers
∎ Update and compile operational reports on system capacity, database growth, change requests statistics, etc.
∎ Analyze system for failure and assist to restore files.
∎ Manage database, monitor trouble tickets and provide appropriate resolution for same.
∎ Develop complex system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
∎ Monitoring of Server alerts (CPU Utilization, Service Status, and Disk Alerts)
∎ Taking System State Backup and Configurational Backup.
∎ Knowledge on Server Recovery Activities.
∎ Analyzing and Troubleshooting of event logs.
∎ Knowledge On ILO & iDRAC.
∎ Servers OS, BIOS , Firmware update and migration
∎ Active Directory (AD) deploy and configuration management.
∎ Multi Domain and forest Active directory deployment and management
∎ AD Reports Generating Using PowerShell.
∎ Experience on integrating several 3rdParty Applications with Active Directory.
∎ Must be willing to Travel to remote branch offices on a need to basis
∎ Must be willing to work at longer hours and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Maintain IT assets & complete inventory
∎ End user support
∎ Any other tasks as and when given by the Head of IT
∎ Service Providing with Positive 'Can-do' Attitude
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have very good knowledge about various OS (Windows servers, Sushi Linux etc.)
∎ Server Maintenance
∎ Active Directory AD/DNS, DHCP configure and deploy.
∎ 300+ AD users Manage, Installation & configuration Windows server, HANS and SQL Server, Virtual Machine, Windows set up all version and IIS setup
∎ VMware solutions
∎ Veeam Backup Solution
∎ Work Experience in Data Center
∎ Strong troubleshooting skills
∎ Knowledge of network services will be preferable
∎ Adherent to teamwork and always represent team in work and achievement
