Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Production heads and IE Manager to create effective monthly production plans.
∎ · Review plans, ensuring optimal capacity, timely shipments, and cost reduction for increased profitability.
∎ · Conduct regular meetings to monitor order status, plan schedules, and allocate production lines efficiently.
∎ · Foster strong relationships with merchandising and production teams for seamless collaboration.
∎ · Manage production planning staff and oversee raw material scheduling to meet production schedules.
∎ · Study and optimize time and motion, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
∎ · Supervise pre-production activities, maintaining back-to-back feeding to achieve targets without compromising quality.
∎ · Motivate and train workers to consistently meet production targets with uncompromising quality.
