Must have experience about ERP software.
Must have knowledge about hospital base management organization.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Maintain employee records includes personal file, leave, attendance, etc.
Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
Develop and update the organization structure as per labor law.
Drafting HR letters and other documents.
Assist in recruitment-related activities.
Coordinate with other departments on HR-related activities.
Must have experience about ERP software.
Knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 , Act 2015 & amendment update
Candidates must have to know how to create appropriate job descriptions for workers and management staff.
Monitor and finish day-to-day activities of HR & Admin departments.
To prepare HR Related plan and execute the plan for the development of the company`s human resources.
To implement other HR and administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.
