Job Responsibilities:
∎ Being a role model for the organization's beliefs.
∎ Lead the performance management implementation process that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs
∎ Ensuring that organizational ethics are defined, understood and practiced
∎ Formulating Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights
∎ Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Conduct periodic employee satisfaction surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement
∎ Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them. Ensure that the managers know how to successfully, ethically, honestly, and legally communicate with employees.
∎ Enabling two-way communications and feedback channels. Implementing reward and recognition systems.
∎ Conducting culture Audit, implementing bi-annual performance appraisal throughout the organization, Encouraging empowerment and teams.
∎ Recognizing and solving individual and organizational problems and issues through creating a superior workforce
∎ Assist VP-HR in order to address employee appeals through the company complaint procedure
