Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance Accounts
∎ Working experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage
∎ Sound knowledge in VAT & TAX
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: VAT TAX
∎ Skills Required: account pay, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, VAT and Tax, Vendor payment
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Financial Reporting, VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with quarterly financial performance for board presentation and reporting to supervisor
∎ Prepare and Maintain Asset Register with Depreciation Schedule
∎ Ensure timely VAT & TAX Return Submission
∎ Vendor Payment in due time with proper VAT & TAX deduction
∎ Managing Daily operations & Other Ad hoc requirement
∎ Responsible for system Vs Bank reconciliation within the deadline.
∎ Should have cross-functional communication
∎ Ensure daily all customer refund
∎ Responsible for all ledger reconciliation before monthly reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ High level of MS Excel is must be required.
∎ Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
∎ Shall possess "can do attitude"
∎ Strong decision make
∎ Accounting Skill
∎ IFRS, IAS, Tally ERP
∎ Monthly, Quarterly, Annually Reporting
∎ Audit Dealing
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
