∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Monthly Acquisition Target for the respective portfolio.
∎ Ensure revenue, retention and win-back activities of key merchants within the Business Market.
∎ Analyze the business market and formulate effective planning to serve target market in order to ensure targets of acquisition and active accounts through quality sales visits effective follow up And troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective implementation of different interactive events and activities with the important merchants in the Business Market from time to time.
∎ Conduct training and capacity building programs. Ensure sManager visibility at merchant point by installing and maintaining POSM's.
∎ Maintain a good portfolio health by monitoring the collection report from the respective accounts.

∎ High degree of personal initiative and achievement motivation, setting personal standards of excellence.
∎ Ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately when interacting with individual's groups.
∎ Strong leadership qualities and ability to coach others at various levels of the organization.
∎ Communication skills and proven time management aptitude is essential.
∎ Ability to maintain attention and complete assignments in time despite frequent stressful, emergency critical or unusual interruption
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Performance bonus
∎ KPI = 5000/=
∎ Incentives = As per performance
∎ Four weekly holidays in a Month
