Procurement, deployment, maintenance, and recycling of assets.
Monthly asset inventory verification.
Problem identification and process/system improvement.
2. Bills Approval:
Timely reimbursement document review.
Accurate reimbursement summary.
Feedback on reimbursement issues and system rationalization.
3. Procurement Management:
Stationary and card requisition processing.
Timely dispatch and follow-up.
4. Dormitory Management:
Dormitory allocation and maintenance.
canteen management for timely meals.
5. Review regular work:
Administrative task management.
office cleanliness and material loss reduction.
innovative and engaging activity planning.
