Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, for various roles across the organization.
Conduct job interviews, evaluate candidates, and assist department heads in making hiring decisions.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals (BDJobs, LinkedIn) for sourcing candidates.
Ensure that all recruitment practices are aligned with company policies and compliance with labor laws in Bangladesh.
Employee Onboarding & Orientation
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly introduced to company policies, values, and work culture.
Prepare and maintain onboarding documents, offer letters, and employment contracts.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other work-related matters.
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Promote a positive work culture by organizing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Work closely with department heads to provide feedback, training, and development programs to employees.
Monitor and ensure compliance with performance management processes and timelines.
Compensation & Benefits
Ensure the accurate processing of employee payroll in line with the company's policies and legal requirements.
Administer employee benefits such as insurance, leave, and bonuses.
Provide guidance on salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures within the industry.
HR Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Bangladesh, including workplace safety, employee rights, and company policies.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of HR data.
Prepare HR-related reports for management, such as turnover, hiring status, and training programs.
Learning & Development
Identify training and development needs within the organization and coordinate relevant programs.
Facilitate internal and external workshops, seminars, and skill-building initiatives for employees.
HR Administration & Systems
Maintain HR software systems for tracking employee data, attendance, and performance.
Ensure all HR documents, policies, and procedures are up to date and compliant with the company’s standards.
