Experience:
Receive and greet visitors, clients, and guests courteously and professionally.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the concerned departments.
Maintain visitor records and ensure proper office security protocol.
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate meetings when required.
Assist in daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain office files, documents, records, and correspondence (both hard copy and digital).
Handle office supplies, stationery inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
Support travel arrangements, courier handling, and official documentation.
Assist HR department in recruitment activities such as:
Posting job circulars on BDJobs and other platforms
Shortlisting CVs as per instructions
Calling candidates and scheduling interviews
Maintain candidate databases and interview records.
Assist in employee joining formalities, file maintenance, and attendance records.
Support HR in organizing interviews, training sessions, and HR events.
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and HR-related tasks.
Ensure smooth communication flow between management, staff, and visitors.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
