∎ He/she should be innovative, creative and should have the ability to take challenges.
∎ Must have good verbal and written communication skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer skill: Must have the basic knowledge of Computer, especially, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and other software packages.
∎ Analytical Skill. Team player.

∎ Job will be contractual under third party payroll.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify customer’s needs, clarify of information, address issues and provide/escalate solutions.
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary.
∎ Processing forms, orders & applications requested by the customer·
∎ Answer calls, make calls where needed & response to customer’s email.
∎ Respond efficiently & accurately to callers, explain possible solutions & ensure that customer feel supported & build long lasting relationships with customers.
∎ Assist to consumer banking business through sales lead generation.
∎ A Reputed Private Commercial Bank is looking for dynamic and self-driven candidate with strong quantitative aptitude.
∎ Key responsibilities need to described by using following dimension.
