Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify customer’s needs, clarify of information, address issues and provide/escalate solutions.
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary.
∎ Processing forms, orders & applications requested by the customer·
∎ Answer calls, make calls where needed & response to customer’s email.
∎ Respond efficiently & accurately to callers, explain possible solutions & ensure that customer feel supported & build long lasting relationships with customers.
∎ Assist to consumer banking business through sales lead generation.
