Job Context:
∎ Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products` performance.
∎ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
∎ Develop, implement and track project performance goals. Communicate progress against deliverables.
∎ Pays attention to detail in all tasks and needs to be capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
∎ Great organizational skills to facilitate the efficiency of future-oriented learning, problem-solving, and task completion
∎ Solid knowledge of business structure
∎ Conducting stakeholder analysis, requirements engineering, costs benefit analysis and process modeling
∎ Good understanding of networks, databases and other technology
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
∎ Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
∎ Supervise the design of new products and evaluate the sales pattern of the product
∎ Develop new business strategies and business models, taking all aspects into consideration and providing insight into how these strategies will benefit the company
∎ Manage the business analyst team, listening to different members’ recommendations and taking measures to maximize the efficacy of the analytical team
∎ Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships
∎ Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Minimum experience: Jr. Business Analyst – 2 years; Business Analyst – 4 years
∎ Experience working with SCRUM/Agile methodologies on web application development projects
∎ Experienced with eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders
∎ Must be able to work collaboratively with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
∎ Capable of identifying and establishing scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
∎ Excellent client-facing & internal communication skills
